Provost Search Update #6

Dear Faculty, Staff and Students:

The Provost Search Committee has worked tirelessly this semester and is pleased to present four finalists to the campus. As mentioned in the previous email to faculty and staff, finalist interviews will be conducted virtually with two candidates this week and two candidates next week.

Each candidate is meeting with various constituent groups over two days. A copy of the interview schedule will be available on the provost search web site. The afternoon of "Day One" will be an open forum in which all campus and community members are invited to see/hear a presentation from the candidate. Each candidate has been asked to present up to twenty minutes on the topic of "What do you see as the future of regional comprehensive universities?" A question and answer period will follow for the remainder of the hour. Please register on the site to receive the Zoom link to the open forum.

The name and curriculum vitae of each candidate will be available at 8 a.m. on the site the day before their interview.

Candidate #1 materials available Tuesday, April 27.
Candidate #2 materials available Wednesday, April 28.
Candidate #3 materials available Sunday, May 2.
Candidate #4 materials available Tuesday, May 4.

After the interviews, please provide your input via the feedback form on the website by the end of the day on Thursday, May 6.

Thank you for your interest in helping to identify the University of Northern Iowa's next provost.
